Purpose

These terms govern the use of clinicrated.com: browsing the ranking, writing reviews, sending appointment requests, creating an account and managing a clinic profile.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

Accounts and clinic profiles

Creating an account is free. You commit to providing accurate information: company registration, legal data, services and rates. Any misleading profile can be unpublished without notice.

Claiming a profile requires proof that you represent the clinic (an email on the website's domain or a supporting document). No ranking position can be bought.

Reviews

A review requires a proof of appointment, never published, used for verification only. Fraudulent reviews, bought reviews or self-reviews written by the clinic are removed and can lead to the profile being unpublished.

You remain responsible for the content of your reviews. Defamatory or illegal statements are removed and may be reported to the authorities. Reviews must never contain health data.

Appointment requests

Requests are passed on to the clinics you choose. Each clinic decides whether to accept, and the appointment is arranged directly with it. Clinicrated is not a party to any resulting relationship and takes no commission.

Changes and termination

These terms may evolve; the online version prevails. You can delete your account at any time by writing to contact@hackceleration.com.

No medical advice, no emergencies

Clinicrated compares clinics and healthcare providers. The site gives no diagnosis and never replaces a healthcare professional.

In an emergency, call 112 (Europe) or your local emergency number.

No review and no message should contain health data. Moderation removes it.
